The meditation object is each part of the body in turn. With a gentle curiosity notice what the sensation is like. Do not listen to its story just notice the sensation. If there is no sensation then just notice there is none before moving on.

Repeat your Mantra mindfully from the beginning to the end of the meditation. Use the same Mantra every time you do this meditation
